Message from the EMIS Coordinator
The systematic formulation of policies and the use of data and statistics to monitor the system are essential for the proper administration of today's educational system. The EMIS unit empowers RC to make informed decisions, foster open communication, and enhance teaching and learning, driving performance and growth in our education system.

Objectives of EMIS
- Enhance data collection, processing, storage, analysis, and dissemination capabilities so that employers, the college head, and the management committee may rely on time.
- Boosting computer literacy for students, staff, and faculty to supercharge our tech-driven teaching and learning experience.
- transforming every sector of the college by enhancing technology and information management systems for a smarter, more connected future.
Members
The coordinator of the Education Management Information System (EMIS) Unit shall be Admin Head or Computer Head or any staff/college member with high level computer or ICT skills. The members shall be Program Directors, Faculty, Exam Head, BOD members, Staff and Student. The member shall be inclusive of gender, ethnicity and wider-college community. The committee shall be formed with the following members.

Terms of Responsibility
- Creating a streamlined checklist to ensure efficient data collection, storage, and analysis for informed decision-making.
- Empowering our college to securely store data in files, computers, and the cloud for easy access and enhanced collaboration
- Keeping our college community connected by regularly updating personal details and managing records for students, teachers, and staff.
- Ensuring data consistency across the college—tracking student enrollments, graduations, and staff details for a clearer, more accurate picture
- Partnering with IQAC to create innovative tools for capturing student experiences, tracking graduates, and conducting comprehensive institutional surveys.
- Creating a comprehensive checklist to streamline data collection, storage, and analysis for efficient insights and informed decisions.
- Organizing data for seamless internal use and impactful UGC/TU reporting, ensuring clarity and readiness for publication!”
- Promote the final option when it comes to data reporting, compilation, validity, and uniformity.
- Make sure the ICT equipment installation, upkeep, and upgrades are budgeted for.
- Keep the minutes of the meetings in a different minutes book.
