The management of facilities plays a vital role in shaping students' learning experiences and academic success. Our Repair and Maintenance Committee is dedicated to overseeing the installation, repair, and upkeep of all RC C facilities. With a focus on proactive planning and efficient management, we strive to create an environment that empowers students to excel. Together, we’re building a foundation for academic achievement..

Objectives of IDMC
- Create inviting and functional environments that foster academic success.
- Implement eco-friendly practices to promote sustainability on campus.
Ensure all facilities meet safety standards for a secure learning experience.
Involve students and staff in planning to reflect their needs and ideas.
Provide efficient maintenance to keep our facilities in top shape and minimize disruptions.
Members
The coordinator of the IDMC shall be member of board of directors or Program Director. The member includes Program Director, Finance Personal, Admin Staff of, Faculty, and Staff. The member shall be inclusive of gender, ethnicity and wider-college community.
Terms of Responsibility
Create a comprehensive blueprint for expanding and enhancing the college infrastructure.
Develop a regular plan for upkeep across all areas, including the library, grounds, cafeteria, electricity, plumbing, labs, computers, and furnishings.
Ensure that both students and faculty have access to top-notch computer resources.
Provide reliable internet facilities for all students and faculty members.
- Upgrade essential areas like the library, computer lab, social work practical lab, and mass communication lab.
Enhance facilities specifically for conducting educational programs.
Plan for the effective use of all college infrastructure to maximize efficiency.
Identify the need for new construction and submit proposals to the College Management Committee (CMC).
Establish a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with consultants for construction projects and seek CMC approval.
Improve access to safe drinking water across the campus.
Enhance the accommodation options for both boys and girls.
