The Internal Quality Assurance Committee (IQAC) is a key body within educational institutions focused on enhancing quality standards and ensuring continuous improvement. It involves promoting accountability, enhancing student satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, ultimately leading to a stronger reputation and better educational outcomes.

Objectives of IQAC
- Provide the appropriate standards for Reliance College’s internal quality control.
- Both internally and externally, carry out regular monitoring and evaluation based on those criteria and indicators.
- Assist the college’s accreditation and quality assurance procedures.
- Coordinating with the EMIS unit and keeping track of, update, and report on quality assurance information.
- Create and carry out a plan for capacity building to assist the management committee, employees, and students.
Members
The coordinator shall be any Professor or College Chief or Board of Directors. One female faculty, one male student, one female student must be member of the committee. The member shall be inclusive of gender, ethnicity and wider-college community. The committee shall be formed with the following members.

Terms of Responsibility
- Establishing clear criteria for academic audits, organizational management surveys, tracer studies, and student satisfaction surveys to ensure a high-quality teaching and learning process that meets our community’s needs.
- Creating and executing an annual internal quality assurance and monitoring plan to drive continuous improvement and uphold excellence in our educational practices.
- Consistently monitor class attendance, facility effectiveness, infrastructure maintenance, and overall institutional progress to ensure a thriving educational environment.
- Ensuring a vibrant learning atmosphere by regularly monitoring faculty and staff attendance and punctuality.
- Continuously tracking enrollment rates, retention, dropout, and attendance to foster student success and enhance our academic community
- Reviewing annual and semester course plans to ensure effective lesson implementation and maximize student engagement and learning outcomes
- Observing faculty and staff interactions to foster a supportive and respectful environment for students and each other
- Evaluating comments, feedback, and suggestions from our diverse response mechanisms to continuously enhance our services and address community needs.
- Creating a comprehensive performance evaluation system for staff that focuses on teaching, innovation, research, and professional conduct to drive excellence in all areas.
- Keeping a dedicated minutes book to accurately record and maintain all meeting highlights for clear communication and accountability.
- Transforming insights from comments, feedback, and suggestions gathered through various response channels into actionable improvements for a better community experience.
