Message from the PIC Coordinator
The Public Relations Department is responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating information and communication initiatives that convey KMC to its stakeholders. It also encourages a smooth flow of information inside the organization. As the unit coordinator, I’ll keep track of and analyze stakeholders’ attitudes, as well as preserve KMC’s and its stakeholders’ mutual respect and understanding.

Objectives of PIC
- Cultivate one-door communication system maximizing the efficiency of the information collection, publication and dissemination.
- Create, maintain, and shield the college’s reputation by enhancing pride, prestige and branding of the College.
Members
The coordinator of the PIC shall be Members of BoD or Program Director with sound knowledge in writing and speaking skills. The member of the committee shall be Spoke Person of the College, Faculty Members, Staff, Members of BoD, and Students. The member shall be inclusive of gender, ethnicity and wider-college community. The committee shall be formed with the following members.

Terms of Responsibility
- Form a formal Public information Cell in the Reliance College (RC). In the given case it is already formed.
- Look for ways communicate about the welfare of the institution and students in every possible way.
- Define areas of the information (college manifesto, magazine, journal, brochures, souvenir, e-magazine, and social media page and all the official information flowed out by college) published by the PIC-RC.
- Define the tools (social media page/online news portal) and time(weekly /monthly) to publish these information regularly.
- Search the data accumulate them, and present them in logical order.
- Give ToR to PIC- RC to collect feedback on regular and set parameters.
- Make a system to evaluate the impact of PIC- RC.
- Assess the impact of PIC-RC in the college through interaction and co-ordination.
- Take stakeholders (BoD members, Principal, Co-ordinator, faculties, staff, and students) opinion for improvements.
- Publish any information related to social welfare programmes (blood donation) organized or participated by college students.
- Look for the possibility and arrange for media coverage of college programmes.
- Form a feedback bank with the help of RC parents and RC alumni that could be discussed with RC administration.
