The Staff Requirement and Well-Being Subcommittee(SRWSC) is dedicated to crafting innovative HR strategies that not only enhance the skills and satisfaction of our staff but also drive RC's overall performance. By fostering a supportive and growth-oriented environment, we empower our team to excel and contribute to the college's success. Together, we’re shaping a brighter future for everyone.

- Regularly gather input from staff to continuously enhance workplace policies and practices.

The formation of Recruitment & Staff Management Committee shall be as stated in the Administrative Policy of the college. The committee will be formed with the following members. The member shall be inclusive of gender, ethnicity and wider-college community.

Terms of Responsibility
- Oversee announcements for job openings across print and digital platforms.
- Establish clear selection and recruitment standards, including interviews, demonstrations, and appointment letters.
- Conduct regular evaluations through organizational surveys to enhance management practices.
- Organize skill-building workshops for personal and professional growth.
- Create criteria for rewards and disciplinary actions, including financial incentives and compensation.
- Set transparent guidelines for staff promotions.
- Implement effective procedures for addressing staff grievances and conflicts.
- Manage budgeting for recruitment and employee well-being initiatives.
- Stay informed about labor laws, university guidelines, and regulations.
- Take charge of effectively managing personnel within the organization.
